Here’s a list of all the recipes I’ve written about. Sometimes the post links you straight to another web source for the recipe; a lot of my recipes aren’t original, rather they come from the internet or other great food blogs, but the point of the blog is to test out cool things to do with a CSA box!

All the recipes are vegetarian. Those marked with “V” are vegan or include a vegan variation; those marked with “GF” are gluten-free, although many assume the use of GF soy sauce (tamari) or other GF ingredients. The recipes here are organized by type. To search recipes by vegetable, use the tag cloud at the bottom of the right-hand sidebar.

Dishes I particularly love and make over and over again are marked with a *. But even if there’s not a star next to it, if a recipe intrigues you, check out the post and read my description to see if it will be a favorite for you!

      Hi Mariola,
I’m so glad you are enjoying the blog! I’ve never had the tiramisu at Cafe Gratitude, and I don’t own their cookbook, so unfortunately I won’t be able to recreate that one for you. Come back and let me know what you think of the recipes you make, I always love to hear how they work out for people!

I maybe totally blind. But do you have a book out with all of your menus? I have not been able to breath out of my nose for at least 15-20 years and I am only 33. I have 2 children and a deployed husband. I have no energy because I am sick all the time. So I have decided to cut out all dairy and gluten products and I already dont eat red meat and sometimes I eat chicken. But I was just doing a google search and found you and to be honest I would have to say your site has been the best so far. Please let me know what I can do and how I can make my life better and healthy. I cant wait to detox my body to see if food is the reason I have been so sick. All the doctors keep doing is giving me allergy pills (that dont work). Thank you so much for your time and all you do with your blog!!!
