Just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading your blog, and I’m not the kind of person who habitually trolls the net for “organic food porn”. I like your authorial voice, and your constant return to beloved kale and dark greens made me hungry.

Sweet! Thanks, Ben. That makes me so happy to hear, especially about my authorial voice. I’m still learning about food photography, and my camera is not very good so there are real limits to what I can do. This means my photos are usually not as quality I would wish them to be, but the writing side of things is pure pleasure and I am so glad it brings you enjoyment!
